Supported by the Tanunda community, Tanya and Sid King took over 1918 Bistro & Grill after a 7-year stint in Dubai.
Tanya and Sid blended cultural influences with the old and new to put their own stamp on the much-loved 1918.
Focusing on local produce they began a gradual takeover of the restaurant whilst maintaining its essence.
The Hood Sweeney Accounting & Business Advisory team worked with the King family to manage their takeover on the ground in Adelaide whilst they made their journey from Dubai to the Barossa.
