JPG and Hood Sweeney invest in Clare Valley Region
JPG Accountancy & Advising and Hood Sweeney are partnering to better service clients in regional South Australia.
Hood Sweeney will begin a merger with local accounting firm JPG Accountancy & Advising beginning 1 July 2017.
As part of its succession plan Directors Richard Pledge and Jo Goodwin from JPG have taken the initiative to partner with mid-tier professional services firm Hood Sweeney.
Principal of JPG, Richard Pledge, says the merger gives JPG the opportunity to better service its Clare Valley and Burra clients with a broader range of offerings.
“While I have no plans to retire in the immediate future, JPG sees a relationship with Hood Sweeney as a chance to build on our skill set,” Mr Pledge says.
Fellow director, Jo Goodwin says “I am looking forward to building on the growth and success of the practice by partnering with Hood Sweeney into the future”.
There will be no interruption for clients or staff at JPG, it will be business as usual.
Managing Director of Hood Sweeney, Chris Stewart, says the partnership is a great opportunity for Hood Sweeney to grow its client base in the Clare region.
“We already have a number of clients in Clare and we are looking forward to getting more involved in the community and with local businesses,” Mr Stewart says.
Hood Sweeney is proud of its association with the agriculture and business communities throughout the Yorke Peninsula and Clare regions.
We look forward to strengthening these relationships by building a greater presence in regional South Australia.
