Hood Sweeney a 5-Star Employer of choice in HRD Magazine Annual Awards
Hood Sweeney is proud to be recognised as a 2023 5-Star Employer of Choice by Human Resources Director (HRD) magazine.
The annual HRD award highlights achievements and initiatives by Australian companies spanning leadership, learning and development, employee wellbeing, flexibility, diversity and inclusion, work-life balance, and recruitment. These areas represent the core facets of HR, as well as the new challenges employers have faced in the wake of the global pandemic.
The 5-Star Employer of Choice winners for 2023 hailed from a range of industries, including professional services, legal firms, government bodies and technology companies. Hood Sweeney was the only South Australian award winner.
Marisa Riccio, Managing Director of Hood Sweeney said, “We are very pleased with this award, as it reflects the commitment to our ‘People First’ philosophy, particularly since the challenges encountered from the pandemic".

Top 10 Graduate Employer
Hood Sweeney also was ranked as a Prosple Top 10 Australian Graduate Employer for its level of ‘Engagement’. Thousands of graduates nation-wide were surveyed to rank companies based on their employee engagement and management relations.
