Technical Relationship Managers

We’re different to many similarly sized Technology Service businesses.

At Hood Sweeney Technology, we have Technical Relationship Managers (RMs).

Our RMs come from technical backgrounds – they are not salespeople who pass you on to a technician. So, while they are managing our relationship with you and your business, they also have hands-on knowledge and expertise.

RMs are with you every step of the way, from the on boarding of a new client, planning and executing projects, and to be an ongoing escalation point.
