What you'll pay

All fees include GST and are for clients of Hood Sweeney’s ongoing super management / administration service.

This information is intended to help you understand the fees we charge for our services however should not be relied upon.

Fixed Fee for Service

Fund Administration

Any fees for appropriate/relevant accounting, tax, audit, actuarial and financial management services are agreed on upfront and charged to the Fund on a monthly basis – no extra hidden fees!

All funds will be charged at the appropriate fee for the first financial year on a monthly basis from commencement, such that the total of the annual fee is paid by 30 June. All fees are payable for a full year, whether administered for a full year or part thereof.

Accumulation Phase

From $2,100 per annum ($175 per month) to $6,300 per annum ($525 per month). The actual fee charged is dependent on the complexity of investments held within the fund.

Pension Phase – Including any Transfer Balance Account reporting requirements

From $2,520 per annum ($210 per month) to $7,560 per annum ($630 per month). The actual fee charged is dependent on the complexity of investments held within the fund.

GST Registered Fund – GST reporting requirements

An additional amount from $165 per quarter ($660 per annum) to $495 per quarter ($1,980 per annum. The actual fee charged is dependent on the complexity of investments held within the fund.

Corporate Trustee Maintenance – Annual ASIC reporting requirements

An additional amount of $297 per annum.

Additional services – External providers

We have negotiated preferential pricing for our clients with our preferred audit and actuarial service providers.

Annual Financial Statement Audit – ASF Audits

From $320 per annum. The actual fee charged is dependent on the complexity of investments held within the fund. The exact cost will be advised by Hood Sweeney Accounting & Business Advisory and will be via a separate agreement with them.
