Alexandra Wiedenmann is a Financial Planner with more than nine years of experience in the industry.
In 2026, she joined the Hood Sweeney team, bringing her knowledge of financial planning, finance broking, and personal insurance advice to benefit our clients.
Alexandra has worked with clients from a diverse range of personal, professional, and cultural backgrounds and understands that every financial journey is unique and requires tailored advice and genuine understanding.
Originally from Germany, Alexandra relocated to Australia in 2010 and understands the practical challenges of establishing financial security in a new environment.
Alexandra specialises in wealth creation, retirement planning, and superannuation and SMSF advice. With experience supporting clients across all stages of their financial journey, she is particularly passionate about engaging younger Australians early, helping them understand the real value of building wealth that lasts. That same long-term thinking underpins her work with clients approaching or in retirement, where strategy, structure, and confidence matter most.

In addition to her professional career, Alexandra is an active member of the Australian Army Reserve, where she serves as a musician and singer. She values the discipline, teamwork, and commitment this role brings to both her personal and professional life.
Outside of work, Alexandra enjoys spending time with her family and embracing opportunities to travel whenever possible. As a passionate singer, she also has a strong appreciation for the performing arts and enjoys attending theatre productions and live performances.
