Farmer Coaching Programs
Many of our farming clients share common obstacles in their farming businesses. These range from managing time and staff, to succession planning and having the tools and strategy to grow their businesses at a manageable pace. Hood Sweeney would like to see its clients empowered to grow both personally and professionally.
To that end, we have developed a number of Farmer Coaching Programs. These are custom-built programs designed to deliver tangible results for broadacre, livestock and mixed farmers. To assist with generational succession change we have developed the Young Farmers Coaching program. This is an entry-level program that can accelerate both business and soft skills of young farmers, making them succession ready.
Farm Business Management Skills Development
We have developed individual workshops to improve knowledge of farm management. These will build primary producer capability and confidence in financial and business skills thus increasing business resilience. They can be delivered in a one-on-one setting as well as group settings.
