Hood Sweeney Performance Coaching introduces Supercharge Your Retail Sales, a program designed to give retailers practical tools to fire up their sales numbers.
Supercharge is a hands-on, four-week series with limited spaces per session to ensure individual attention.
Experienced Performance Coaches and Supercharge facilitators, Ben Taylor and Tim Lavis, will ensure participants walk away from the program with the beginnings of a playbook to guide them and their teams towards achieving sales growth.
Supercharge will address some of the pain points for retail business owners right now, including:
- Reduced foot traffic or store capacity, which means you need to make the most of every opportunity
- What’s the next move when customers respond “no” to being asked if they need help?
- Why serving customers is now more important than ever
- Staff motivation, lifting the team by getting some runs on the board
- Bringing the A-game every day by delivering consistency of performance through accountability.

Supercharge Session 1 commences Tuesday, 1 September. The following sessions will be held weekly for 90 minutes each, and can be booked individually.
Session 1: What is your real sales problem? Why are you here?
Session 2: Set and define attainable sales goals. What is the current reality?
Session 3: The options to solve your sales problems.
Session 4: Sales success comes from consistency, accountability & alignment. Assess the Wins, Learnings & Challenges of engaging the team.
