Tim Lavis is a Business Coach within Consulting and Performance Coaching at Hood Sweeney. Tim partners with a range of professionals to help them to achieve their goals. After working for more than a decade as a Business Coach in one of Australia’s biggest banks, Tim has mastered the skills to develop, lead and inspire in any industry. In his role at the bank, Tim created and implemented new sales methodology across 4 brands and 2,500 people. Tim then branched out to create his own business that helped develop and empower other organisations to perform at their best. This business was based on his ethos of customer-centric service and focusing on objectives to achieve success.
Simon Starr is a Director at Hood Sweeney, leading the Performance Coaching service line. He works with organisations and leaders to establish clear planning and strong leadership as drivers of increased productivity and influential relationships. Focusing on the 6 features of a great business he brings a holistic perspective to successful performance as he understands the habits of those who win and those who don't. Simon has established, grown and sold businesses himself and coached leaders in a diverse range of sectors including professional services, construction, retail, health, not-for-profit, state government, education, agriculture, property, medical, sport, hospitality, technology and viticulture.
