Supporting a culture which promotes and supports a flexible working environment will help to attract and retain talented team members and happy teams mean we can better serve our clients.
To this end, we have enhanced our workplace flexibility practices through the creation of the FLEXIBLE framework. This new framework comprises eight flexible options, designed to cater to teams’ varying needs and family and personal commitments.
In April, Hood Sweeney began rolling out the first of these initiatives, commencing with Lifestyle and External.
Lifestyle – provides team members the option to alter their start and finish times outside of the core business hours (9.30am-4pm).
External – refers to situations where team members can, in agreement with their manager, work some of their ordinary hours from home.
In the coming months a further six FLEXIBLE initiatives will be announced.
Flexibility is good business. We know that adopting and promoting flexibility is critical for sustained business performance, as well as retaining and recruiting talented team members.
