We believe the interview process is just as much about you as it is about us, so come prepared to ask lots of questions. The interview will be conducted by a member of our Human Resources team along with the immediate manager of the available role. During the interview, they will let you know when they will make their decision and whether they would like to proceed with your application. Depending on the outcome of your initial interview, you may need to attend a second.
What happens after my interview? If unsuccessful, you will be notified as soon as possible and provided with feedback from Human Resources. It is a requirement that suitable candidates undergo psychological testing and we will conduct reference checks. If you are then deemed a successful candidate, you will receive a verbal employment offer together with information about the next step.
