Blue Jam was created by Hood Sweeney advisers who saw an opportunity to pool the specialist skills across the professional services business, and almost 50 years of experience, to provide a single-minded growth offering for clients.

Hood Sweeney recognised as a 5-Star Employer of Choice by Human Resources Director (HRD) magazine.
The annual HRD award highlights achievements and initiatives by Australian companies spanning leadership, learning and development, employee wellbeing, flexibility, diversity and inclusion, work-life balance, and recruitment.
