In early 2010, we set our vision based on the belief that the key to business success is in the way we interact with our clients, community and people.
In 2015, Hood Sweeney will be recognised for who we are, not what we do.
Out of this vision has come a set of strategic drivers: client, people, community, focus and finance; and a set of core values that define who we are: inspirational, exceptional, connected, respectful and dynamic.
We recognise that setting an aspirational vision is no small feat. And to achieve this vision, we need to embody it in everything we say, do and deliver.
To do this we strive to remain adaptive to our client’s expectations, train and develop our people, regularly seek feedback and continuously improve our processes.
We know that we are not quite there yet, but we are committed to making it happen.
